Here at BDP Wales, we recognise our environmental responsibilities, and we’re committed to conducting business in a sustainable manner that minimises our impact on the environment.
If your business is transitioning to a more eco-friendly approach, we’re proud to offer a wide range of sustainable products to suit your needs. Our Sustainable Print Promise means that we will offer you alternatives for plastic or PVC based products, along with options to minimise waste.
Design
To reduce paper and ink usage, we provide our customers with the option to design interactive PDF forms. This completely eradicates the need to print several forms as the PDF can be circulated via email to whoever needs a copy.
We are also able to design E-Brochures which provide the same sustainable benefits as the above interactive PDFs. The creation of an e-brochure reduces the paper and ink usage and can be circulated digitally.

Printing
We only use recycled paper and FSC certified paper here at BDP Wales, offering uncoated and silk options which are both recyclable. Some items that we can produce with this paper include:

If you require lamination for your business printing but are concerned about environmental impact, we have a solution – bio-degradable laminate! Order new laminated products with no guilt, knowing that they’ll be durable and plastic free.
We only use non-toxic toner that easily passes through the paper recycling process. For larger print runs, at BDP Wales we opt for vegetable-based ink which is a safer and more sustainable alternative to petroleum-based ink.
Display & Expo
At BDP Wales, we offer a range of sustainable solutions for your display and exhibition needs.
One way we have done this is by utilising AkyPrint™ board as an alternative to Foamex or Correx boards. AkyPrint board is made from a minimum of 25% recycled materials, with some boards made from over 70% recycled materials. It is 100% recyclable, making it a fantastic eco-friendly alternative. This board type is lightweight and durable, making it perfect for indoor and outdoor use. The types of sustainable display and exhibition products that we can produce include:
